The Family

This is Daddy, aka Dustin.  When he’s not busy working at his real job or taking care of children, he can be found working on things for the WSSC.  He is very dedicated to our family and the WSSC.

Mason is our first born.  He arrived on June 15, 2006 by emergency c-section.  He is obsessed with John Deere (especially combines) and propane delivery.  Mason is quick to help and always has kind words to say about everyone and everything.  He is really great about sharing things with Avery and tries to include her in everything he does.  Unless it involves Papaw’s propane truck, then he has to be reminded to share!  He is a lot like his daddy in that he’s pretty mellow and is very curious about the mechanics of things.  I may really hate that someday!

Avery is our sweet little girl.  (Most of the time!)  She arrived March 17, 2008–our little lucky charm!  She is stubborn and opinionated; just like her momma.  She is obsessed with Monsters, Inc. and John Deere.  She’s not quite to the level Mason is with propane…yet.  She loves to play with baby dolls and loves to sing!  She is by far the better sleeper and eater of the two.  She’ll eat almost anything and sleeps like a champ.  She is extremely happy most of the time and is quick to give hugs and kisses just because.  She is also very well mannered and never misses a chance to tell you thank you.

Rose is our dog.  She has been with Dustin and I since April of 2005.  She’s a mixed breed of border collie and some type of terrier.  She is very smart and most of her characteristics are that of a border collie.  We adopted her from the humane society when she was 7 weeks old.  She is such a sweet girl!  We obviously did not have children when we got her and she was our baby for a while.  When Mason came along we wondered how she would react and she was amazing!  She has always been protective of us and gentle with the kids and we are so glad that she is a part of our family.
